     WOW, I don't know if words can describe the vibes at the Ecstatic Dance events we've had this past few months.  We are meeting again this Sunday, March 6th at Mide Bistro and Yoga Studio, Queen St., Niagara Falls, ON from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.  See ya there! :)

     In Spirit is about us, the Human Family as a strand in the web of Mother Earth's Family.  In Spirit is about us, growing together in this dimensional sea of vibrational will, the creation of the one source of ALL OUR RELATIONS.  In Spirit is about just that, being In Spirit and letting go of the mind's grasp on the illusion of past and future.  The present is a present and when we are creating artistic expressions in this space there are no mistakes and endless possibilities.  Many of our songs we will make up on the spot and share this message with our audiences.  With music we can illustrate the potential we all have when we allow our mind to be still and truely live in the now.
